Section 2 in Haryana Urban Development Authority General Provident Fund Rules, 2001
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, -(1)"Competent Authority" means the authority competent to sanction General Provident Fund to the employees of Haryana Urban Development Authority. The competent authority for the purpose of these rules shall be the Chief Administrator of Haryana Urban Development Authority;(2)"Employees" means the regular employees of Haryana Urban Development Authority;(3)"General Provident Fund" means the General Provident Fund as defined in the Punjab Civil Services Rules, Volume II, as applicable to Haryana State.
