72. Functions of Chief Executive Officer and Secretary.
- The functions of Secretary of a Gram Panchayat, Chief Executive Officer of Janpad Panchayat and [Chief Executive Officer of Zila Panchayat] [Substituted by M.P. Act No 26 of 1994 (w.e.f. 30-5-1994).] shall be such as may be prescribed.
