Section 4(d) in The Meghalaya Board of School Education Act, 1973
(d)Four Teachers, one each from Arts, Science, Commerce and Vocational Education Streams, of which two teachers shall be drawn from Secondary School, one from Higher Secondary School, and one from College which provides + 2 level education, provided that at least two of the four teachers, thus nominated, are women.
