Section 3(3) in Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency Act, 1978
(3)The Agency shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal, with powers, subject to the provision of this Act to acquire, hold, disposed property and to contract, and it may sue or be sued by its own name and title.
