Section 10(1) in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019
(1)The Ration card shall be issued in the name of eldest woman of the family above the age of 18 years and in case there is no woman above 18 years of age, ration card may be issued in the name of head of family till she attains age of 18 years in that family.
