PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to
issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records
pertaining to the impugned order in No. Nil dated 31.01.2024 passed by
the respondent and quash the same as illegal and to consequently direct
the respondent to consider for one time settlement within a stipulated
time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order in No. Nil, dated 31.01.2024, passed by the respondent and to direct the respondent to consider for ‘One Time Settlement’ within a stipulated time.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit before this Court undertaking to settle the entire outstanding to the respondent/bank, within a period of one month from the date of the order of this Court.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/bank has also agreed for the said undertaking given by the petitioner. He has further stated that the respondent/bank will not take any coercive action against the petitioner to take possession of the property.
4. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to settle the entire outstanding as determined by the ____________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page 2 of 4 W.P(MD)No.2909 of 2024 respondent/bank on or before 11.03.2024, failing which the respondent/bank can proceed further in accordance with law. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
