(2)The interest shall be paid -(i)in the case of any land held by any person referred to in sub-clause (i) or sub-clause (ii) or clause (a) of sub-section (5) of section 17, with effect from the date of publication of the notification under sub-section (1) of that section; and(ii)in any other case, with effect from the date of taking possession of the land under sub-section (4) of section 17.Chapter - VI Cultivating Tenants Ceiling Area
