Section 5(b) in Convention between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the Republic of Namibia for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and capital gains
(b)has no such authority, but nevertheless maintains habitually in the first-mentioned Contracting State a stock of goods or merchandise from which he or she regularly delivers goods or merchandise on behalf of the enterprise.
