(17)Each recognized clerk shall be given an identity card. Every recognized clerk, while in the Court premises, shall be properly dressed in sky blue full sleeve shirt and black pant/trouser and wear a plastic badge admeasuring 1" x 3" of black colour containing his name, and description as Advocate's Clerk in white letters.D : Prevention of Touts
