% 02.08.2022 My attention has been drawn to the order dated 20.07.2022 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court presided over by Hon'ble Ms. Justice Prathiba M. Singh in C.S. (COMM) 475/2022, titled Fashnear Technologies Private Limited v. Meesho Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd. & Anr., whereby the Court has directed a batch of suits wherein issues similar to the one raised in the present suit arise.
In my view, this matter should be, at the first instance, placed before the same Bench.
