15. Deans of Faculties.
(1)The Deans of Faculties shall be appointed by the President in such manner and on such terms and conditions of service as may be specified by the statutes.(2)The Deans of Faculties shall assist the Vice-Chancellor in managing the academic and other affairs of the University and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed by the regulations or be entrusted by the President and Vice-Chancellor.
