Section 21(1) in The Gujarat Electricity Industry (Reorganisation and Regulation) Act, 2003
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the provisions of Section 12 to 26 of the Indian Electricity Act, 1910 (9 of 1910) shall have effect as if reference to a licensee in those provisions is a reference to a licensee under this Act.
