A Whenever it is required to make direct recruitment on any post under these rules the postsshall be filled up after giving wide publicity, by advertisement in at least two daily news papers,one in Hindi and one in English having wide circulation in the State and also in EmploymentNews and other like publication including the website of the high Court. In addition to it thenames may be requisitioned from Employment Exchange.
