1. The application is allowed, with a direction to the petitioner to file requisite certified copies, original copies, true copies and margins of dim annexures within four weeks.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly state that similar issue has been referred to the Larger Bench vide common order dated 20.07.2022 in W.P.(C) 10872/2022 titled as CT/GD Baldev Singh Vs. Union of India and Ors. and in W.P.(C) 10873/2022 titled as Const./GD Rahul Choudhary Vs. Union of India and Ors. by the Co-

ordinate Bench of this Court which are coming up before the learned Joint Registrar on 20.07.2023 along with other connected petitions. Accordingly, subject to order of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, the present petition be also listed before the learned Joint Registrar on 20.07.2023 and before Larger Bench on 22.09.2023 along with W.P.(C) 10872- 73/2022.

4. We note that in all the aforementioned petitions, the respondents have been directed to keep one vacancy of each petitioner unfilled, accordingly one vacancy shall be kept unfilled by the respondents subject to the outcome of the issues before the Larger Bench.
