Section 19(1) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(1)At such time after the publication of the notice under sub-section (6) of Section 14 as the Council deems fit, and thereafter at the intervals prescribed by regulations the Registrar shall cause to be printed and published a periodical list of all persons for the time being entered in the register and shall also publish such periodical list in the Official Gazette.
