Dated: 12" Day of November, 2022 In Re; CAN 3 of 2022 Learned advocate for the claimants / appellants submits that he has fled an application for expunging the name of the appellant ned, namely, Santosh Adhikari, who expired on 29° May, 2014.

Learned Advocate appearing for the Insurance Company hes raised no objection, in the event the said application is allowed, The prayer for expunging the name of the appellant no.2 is allowed. Accordingly, the award passed on 11% December, 2021 is modified to the extent that the additional amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- shall paid te the LB claimant/appellant nol, Smt. Purnima Adhikari in full and final settlement of the claim.

It is also modified that the Insurance Company will remit the amount with the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the award, who in turn shall disbuse the said amount to the claimant/ appellant navi, on verification of her identity and other particulars.

Accordingly, CAN 3 af 2022 is thus disposed of.

Department is direct od to incorporate the modified order in the original order dated 11.12.2021 passed in the earlier Lok Adalat.
