Section 83(3)(b) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(b)in the event of a vacancy occurring in the Board or Committee, as the case may be, the District Child Protection Unit shall inform the State Child Protection Unit or State Government, as the case may be, for filling up such vacancy; and
