Section 13(1) in Telangana Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999
(1)The Special Court may take cognizance of the of fences without the accused being committed to it for trial and in trying the accused person, shall follow the procedure prescribed in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) for the trial of warrant cases by Magistrates.
