Section 20(c) in The Dibrugarh University Act, 1965
(c)to approve the conditions for admission of students to Post-Graduate and Under-Graduate course, with or without modifications, after considering the recommendations of the Post-Graduate Board and the Under-Graduate Boardas the case may be,
