Section 43 in The Wild Life (Protection) (Rajasthan) Rules, 1977
43. Issue of duplicate licence.
- Where a licence issued or renewed under these Rules is lost or accidentally destroyed, the officer competent to issue the licence shall, on an application by the licensee, issue a duplicate licence on payment of a fee of five rupees.
