Section 5(6) in Shri Krishna Ayush University Kurukshetra Act, 2016
(6)All references in any will, deed or other documents, whether made or executed before or after the commencement of this Act, which contains any bequest, gift, endowment or trust in favour of Government for the purpose of Shri Krishna Government Ayurvedic College Kurukshetra shall stand transferred to the University.
