Section 275(1) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(1)Every employer in relation to an establishment to which this Act applies on the date of commencement of these Rules, shall, within thirty days from such commencement, sent to the Secretary an initial return in Form XXXV, containing particulars of: (i) building workers employed in the establishment as at the commencement of these Rules, and (ii) Branches, Directors, Managers, Occupiers, Partners, person/persons who have proximate or ultimate control over the affairs of the establishment.
