Section 34(1) in The Jharkhand State Agricultural University Act, 2000
(1)The annual accounts of University shall be prepared by the Comptroller under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor and all the money accruing to or received by a University from whatever source and all amount disbursed and paid by a University shall be entered in the accounts.
