Section 3(2) in Orissa Superior Judicial Service and Orissa Judicial Service Rules, 2007
(2)The cadre of District Judges belonging to Orissa Superior Judicial Service shall comprise of the (i) District Judges (ii) Selection Grade District Judges (iii) Super Time Scale District Judges and shall include Sessions Judges, Additional District Judges, Additional Sessions Judges and all other posts in the erstwhile cadre of the Orissa Superior Judicial Service (Sr. Branch) in the Registry of the High Court and on deputation to the Government and also any other post as shall be decided by the High Court from time to time.
