(2)No prosecution, suit or other proceeding shall lie against any Government officer or other authority vested with powers under this Act for anything in good faith done or intended to be done thereunder.[45A. Loans under Pepsu Act II of 2007 to be deemed to be granted under this Act. - All loans granted under the Patiala and East Punjab State Union State Aid to Industries Act, 2007 (Act No. II of 2007 Bk.) shall be deemed to be granted under and in accordance with the provisions of this Act and shall be recoverable in the same manner in which loans granted under this Act are recoverable.] [Added by Punjab Act 23 of 1957.]
