Section 2(xix) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
(xix)"Voter" means a person entitled under these Rules to vote for the election of [* * *] [Omitted 'a Delegate/Delegates' by Notification No. 7-114/2006-7340, dated 26.11.2008.], the members of the Managing Committee and the Office-bearers thereof and whose name occurs in the final voters' list;
