Section 4(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2017
(1)Every Tribunal shall prepare a panel of persons suitable for appointment as Conciliation Officer as defined in explanation to sub-section (6) of section 6 of the Act.
