Section 6(1) in The West Bengal Khadi And Village Industries Board Act, 1959
(1)The terms and conditions of the office of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman, other members of the Board, and of the Chief Executive Officer, the Secretary, and the Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed :Provided that members of the Board including the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman shall be eligible for re-appointment.
