Section 6(2) in U.P. Non-Governmental Arabic and Persian Madarsa Recognition, Administration and Services Regulation, 2016
(2)For each Madarsa a reserve fund in accordance with the Schedule given in regulation (6) shall be necessary. The amount shall also be pledged in the favour of the District Minority Welfare Officer.
