Section 20(2) in National Security (Rajasthan Condition of Detention) Order, 1980
(2)In respect of a detenu detained in a hospital under sub-clause (1) the preceding provisions of the order shall apply as far as may be, as if,-(a)all references to the jail were references to the Hospital, or(b)all reference to the Superintendent were references to the Principal Medical Officer or the Medical Officer-in-charge of the hospital as the case may be.
