Section 1 in The Jammu and Kashmir Control of Building Operations Act, 1988
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Control of Building Operations Act, 1988.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.(3)[ It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette appoint.] [Enforced vide SRO-164 dated 28-5-1998.]
