137. Procedure regarding retention and preservation of records.
All the records, registers and files shall be retained and preserved in the record room from the date of completion till the period provided for their destruction in accordance with the rules made in this behalf. __________(1) Vide S.R.O. 6(E), dated 11th May, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extra., Pt.
