Section 4(1)(g) in U.P. Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education (Appointment and Conditions of Service of Heads of Institution, Teachers and other employees of the Institutions Rules, 2009

(g)Any teacher aggrieved from the decision of the Committee of Management under sub-clause if) may prefer an appeal to the Regional Deputy Inspector of Sanskrit Schools within 15 days of the receipt of the decision who shall forward the same to the Deputy Director of Education (Sanskrit) with his recommendation. Decision of Deputy Director of Education (Sanskrit) shall be final.
