An application filed by the petitioner for retention of certain call details mentioned in the misc. application has been deferred by the trial Court for hearing till February 10, 2015 on the ground that in revision petition, a Coordinate Bench of this Court had directed the trial Court to adjourn the trial after the date fixed in the High Court which is stated to be February 3, 2015.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and I am of the opinion that since the application of the petitioner has not been dismissed, SANJAY GUPTA 2015.01.09 17:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh CRR 16 of 2015 [2] the present revision petition is premature as there is no judicial order required for scrutiny of this Court for its illegality and impropriety.

This petition is disposed of as premature with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court for adjudication of the misc. application, in accordance with law. However, it is clarified that the order dated November 20, 2014 passed by this Court will not hamper the jurisdiction of the trial Court to decide the application before February 10, 2015.
