Section 77 in Bangalore Development Authority Act, 1976
77. Repeal of Karnataka Ordinance No. 29 of 1975.-
(1)The Bangalore Development Authority Ordinance 1975 (Karnataka Ordinance No. 29 of 1975) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal any thing done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provision of this Act.
