Section 31 in Sikkim Interpretation and General Clauses Act, 1977
31. Successors.
- In any Sikkim law, it shall be sufficient for the purpose of indicating the law relation of a law to the successors of any functionaries or the corporations having perpetual succession, to express its relation to the functionaries or corporations.
