Section 1 in U.P. State Legislature (Member's Emoluments and Pension) Rules, 1981
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh State Legislature (Member's Emoluments and Pension) (Twenty-sixth Amendment) Rules, 2017.(2)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
