Section 86G in The Gujarat Industrial Relations Act, 1946
86G. Appeals.
(1)An appeal shall lie to the Industrial Court against an order or decision of a Wage Board (including reviewed order or decision), save in case referred to in section 86 F.(2)Such appeal shall be made within six weeks from the date of the order of decision.
