Section 6(3) in THE UTTAR PRADESH SPECIAL SECURITY FORCE ACT, 2020
(3)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, the Superintendent of Police of the district, in coordination with the Supervisory officer of the Force, shall have the power to oversee the functioning of the Force within his jurisdiction.
