Section 19(2) in Agreement Between the Republic of India and Federal Republic of Brazil on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons
(2)The Agreement shall remain in force for an indefinite period. It may, however, be terminated by either of the Contracting State by giving a written notice of termination. The termination shall take effect six months after the date of such notice.
