Section 38(1) in Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur Act, 2002
(1)The Academic Council shall have the power to approve an institution as an approved institution for specialized studies, laboratory work, internship, research or other academic work in the Indian System of Medicine under the guidance of a single qualified teacher.
