Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter in issue is squarely covered by an order and judgement dated 06.09.2017, rendered by this Court in CWP No.17010 of 2017 (Vinod Kumar Vs. The State of Haryana and others) and other connected matters. Therefore, this petition too be disposed of in the same terms.
That being so, the petition is disposed of, in terms of the decision, rendered by this Court in the case of Vinod Kumar (supra).
