A meeting of the general body or of the Committee of Management or of the Executive Committee of a co-operative society shall be held only at the headquarters of the society.Explanation. - The term "executive committee" shall mean any committee or sub-committee constituted by the Committee of Management to which all or any of the powers or functions of the Committee of Management are delegated.
