126. Powers and functions of other Officers.
- The City Engineer, the City Health Officer, the Chief Finance Officer, the Law Officer, the Deputy Secretary and other officers shall perform such functions and discharge such duties as are provided under this Act, prescribed under the rules and bye-laws or as may be from time to time, required by the Commissioner or the Standing Committee or the Corporation.
