(2)The mechanised outlet shall be examined at least once in every 7 days by an engineer or electrical supervisor or foreman or any other competent person only authorised in writing by the engineer and a report of every such examination shall immediately be recorded in a bound paged book kept for the purpose and signed and dated by the person making the examination.
