Section 111(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(1)Where the State Government is satisfied that the purposes for which the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] was established under this Chapter have been substantially achieved so as to render the continued existence of the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] or in the opinion of State Government it has become necessary to wind up an existing Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.], the Government may, by notification, in the Official Gazette declare that the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] shall be dissolved with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification; and the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] shall be deemed to be dissolved accordingly.
