Section 2(1)(g) in The Orissa Right to Information Rules, 2005

(g)'Public Information Officer' means the State Public Information Officer designated under Sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Act and (sic) an Assistant Public Information Officer designated as such under Sub-section (2) thereof;'
