Section 18 in The Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority Act, 1974
18. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority Ordinance, 1974 (Bihar Ordinance No. 80, 1974) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken in the exercise of power conferred by or under the Act as if this Act were in force on the day of which such thing was done or action was taken.[Added by Bihar Act No. 7 of 2018, dated 4.6.2018.][Substituted by Bihar Act No. 7 of 2018, dated 4.6.2018.]
