Section 47(1) in The Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007
(1)No person shall, except in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules and bye-laws made thereunder,-(i)use any place in the market area for the marketing of notified agricultural produce; or(ii)operate in the market area as a market functionary.
