(2)The register shall be prepared, signed and verified by the trustee of institution concerned or by his authorised agent and submitted by him to the Commissioner, in duplicate within three months from the date of the notice served upon him by the Commissioner in this behalf or within such further period as may be allowed by the Commissioner:Provided that each trustee or his agent specially authorised by him in that behalf shall be required to swear an affidavit that the list of properties, both movable and immovable, owned by the institution as shown in the register is complete
